About Me

I am a Certified Professional Coach (CPC), mom of three kids, and have a degree in Art and Psychology. I graduated IPEC, a coaching program accredited by the International Coaching Federation, where I became a CPC as well as an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) administering the Energy Leadership Index Assessment. I am a Core Energy Life Coach with a focus on relationships and parenting

I have been on a 20+ year journey to connect my strengths and values with something that makes a difference in people's lives and that is how I found coaching. I bring a combination of training, personal interests and experience to my coaching practice. Having worked full time as a graphic designer, part-time as a doula and also raising a family, I have a dedication to family, personal growth, a proactive approach and creative thinking. One of the most important things I have learned is that how we approach things matters, and our approach is fueled by our energy. I strive to provide a relaxed, supportive, insightful and compassionate space for my clients to go beyond short-term solutions and address the underlying energy and causes so that real transformations can occur. I shift the focus from problems to solutions, from what is missing, to what is available to be gained.

I truly enjoy listening beyond the surface level to all the stories that come to my coaching sessions and partnering with the client to intentionally write their next chapter with newly clarified goals.

Breakdowns are an integral and critical part of any breakthrough. When we welcome and embrace breakdowns, what they reveal actually affords us a larger opportunity—stepping stones upon which we can expand and extend the breakthrough.      ~ Landmark

You’re not stuck in traffic, you are the traffic.      ~ Unknown

When we find ourselves in a situation where our buttons are being pushed, we can choose to repress or act out, or we can choose to practice. If we can keep our hearts open to the embarrassment or fear or anger that we feel, then to our surprise we find that we are also open to what the other person is feeling. Open heart is open heart.
  ~Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche

If you really want to do something you'll find a way. If you don't you'll find and excuse.      ~ Jim Rohn

If people sat outside and looked at the stars each night, I bet they would live a lot differently.      ~ Bill Watterson

Watch you thoughts, they become words. Watch your words, they become actions. Watch your actions, they become habits. Watch your habits, they become character. Watch your character, it becomes your destiny.      ~ Lao Tze

Nothing in life, including our circumstances or potential, is fixed. Reality is bendable to our will.       ~ Brendon Burchard

Pain is the breaking of the shell that encloses our understanding.       ~ Kahlil Gibran

Until one is committed, there is hesitancy, the chance to draw back, always ineffectiveness. Concerning all acts of initiative (and creation), there is one elementary truth that ignorance of which kills countless ideas and splendid plans: that the moment one definitely commits oneself, then Providence moves too. All sorts of things occur to help one that would never otherwise have occurred. A whole stream of events issues from the decision, raising in one's favor all manner of unforeseen incidents and meetings and material assistance, which no man could have dreamed would have come his way. Whatever you can do, or dream you can do, begin it. Boldness has genius, power, and magic in it. Begin it now.      ~William Hutchison Murray

The cost of anything is the focused energy you are prepared to bring to bear to pursue it.     ~ Steven Redhead

You cannot change your destination overnight, but you can change your direction.     ~ Jim Rohn

The bad news is you’re falling through the air, nothing to hang on to, no parachute. The good news is there’s no ground.    ~Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche

Everything is energy and that’s all there is to it. Match the frequency of the reality you want and
you cannot help but get that reality. It can be no other way. This is not philosophy. This is physics.
~Albert Einstein

In a controversy the instant we feel anger or upset we have already ceased striving for the truth,
and have begun striving for ourselves.
